From the TA.XT2 Texture Analyzer (Serial numbers under 3000)
- The TA.XT2 Texture Analyzer can be upgraded to a TA.XTPlus Texture Analyzer. The upgrade does include the Texture Exponent software. This upgrade takes 3 days and is accomplished in our NY office.
- The TA.XT2 Texture Analyzer can be upgraded to a TA.XT2i Texture Analyzer (to take advantage of the interchangeable load cells and complete load cell capacity in compression & tension). This upgrade does not include any software upgrades. This upgrade takes 6 weeks.
From the TA.XT2i Texture Analyzer (Serial numbers 3000+)
- The TA.XT2i Texture Analyzer can be upgraded to a TA.XTPlus Texture Analyzer. The upgrade does include the Exponent software. This upgrade takes 3 days and is accomplished in our NY office.
From the TA.HD or TA.HDi Texture Analyzer
- The TA.HD and the TA.HDi Texture Analyzers are not upgradeable to the TA.HDPlus.
