Stable Micro Systems' TA-HDPlus Texture Analyzer Specifications

The SMS TA.HDPlus Texture Analyzer is designed and manufactured for long-term reliability and accuracy. It will perform tests in both tension and compression for cycling, flexure, constant strain and stress relaxation on such products as food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, packaging and adhesives. There are many built in test procedures to meet most requirements and standards.

The TA.HDPlus is relatively light and compact so it can be carried if required.

The TA.HDPlus can have a 1Kg, 5Kg, 25Kg, 50Kg, 100Kg, 250Kg, 500Kg or 750Kg load cell fitted and changing load cells takes less than a few minutes.

Operational reliability is enhanced by the inclusion of total mechanical overload protection and electronic monitoring so that the instrument can safely recover even from full-speed impact. User setable position limit stops are also provided.

Additional pre-programmed test procedures include Texture Profile Analysis, Adhesiveness and Sine oscillation.

Probes and Accessories	There is a vast range of probes and attachments available to hold the test sample during the testing procedure. SMS has great temperature control and monitoring systems that attach to the Texture Analyser.
Software	SMS has a great software package available to allow more detailed data analysis, Exponent. This program, in combination with the TA.HDPlus or the TA.XTPlus make a superb research and development tool as well as improving the quality control facilities. The software can be as fully customized or automatic as desired.
