Support: Training

Training is available for texture measurement principals, sample handling protocols, standard industry methods, instrument controls, and our Expert, Exceed and Exponent software programs. TTC also consults with its clients on techniques to optimize test methods for issues of specific concern.

Additionally, specific assistance is offered at no charge for Macro Writing, Sequence Writing, and Project Creation.

The courses can be held at the client's offices or labs, at various hotel/seminar facilities around the country, or at Texture Technologies offices. Every training course has an agenda which is customized to each client's training requirements. Texture Technologies also periodically teaches the American Association of Cereal Chemists' Chemical Leavening short course.

• Remote Training - TTC offers clients a full range of support and training services over the phone and Internet. Please contact your regional representative directly to set up a remote training session.
• Training Courses - TTC periodically hosts open seminars to provide all of its Texture Analyzer clients the opportunity to immerse themselves in advanced training sessions and quickly master our instruments and software programs.
• On-site Training - TTC also encourages clients to receive in-person, one-on-one or group training for both general use and specific texture testing applications.
