Congratulation to Malcolm Bourne for receiving the 2011 Appert Award

On Saturday, June 11 Dr. Malcolm Bourne, Emeritus Professor of Food Science, Cornell University was awarded the 2011 Appert Award, the IFT's highest honor. The Appert Award recognizes an IFT member for preeminence in and contributions to the field of food science and technology.
Dr. Malcolm Bourne has been a user of the TA.XT2 for many years. Dr. Bourne is a long time customer of Texture Technologies, and even featured the TA.XT2 on the cover of his textbook "Food Texture and Viscosity 2nd Edition".
