Background

In this application study four different samples of petroleum jelly were tested with an acrylic TA-23 1⁄2” diameter rounded end probe to measure physical characteristics. Samples included: Vaseline Petroleum Jelly, Vaseline Petroleum Jelly with Cocoa Butter, Equate (Walmart store brand) Petroleum Jelly, and Market Basket (generic grocery store) Petroleum Jelly.
