Software and firmware upgrades are free for the lifetime of the instrument for the original registered users. Make sure that you are using the latest versions in order to take advantage of the latest instrument & software features, as well as enjoy complete support.

Exponent Connect
This link is for the Connect range of instruments only. The link opens another tab at Stable Micro System Ltd's software upgrade page which is dedicated to the Exponent Connect Software. You will be able to review which version is the most recent; see the entire change history; review the latest computer specifications for that program; and download the full program.
Note that firmware updates are included in the downloaded software updates and you will be prompted whether you wish to install the latest firmware when the computer is connected to the Exponent Connect instrument.
You will be able to review the Exponent Connect's latest firmware history and download the latest firmware files if necessary for diagnostic purposes or for taking advantage of new features.

For the TA.XT2i and TA.HDi models only. This download is not suitable for modern operating systems and computers. You may wish to call us to discuss your needs since the software upgrade alone is usually not enough to communicate with newer computers or to allow users an modern software user experience.
