Background

The stiffness, firmness, and toughness of two brands of organic quinoa were analyzed in this application study. Both samples of quinoa were prepared identically. This test method generates very repeatable and differentiating results and allows producers to objectively measure the impact of fine changes to processes, treatments, or formulations.
