The Setting

A major pet foods company worked their TA.XTPlus non-stop. The instrument performed literally thousands of tests a day on the company’s cat kibble products. The instrument was such a time saver that it was used in many critical business operations.

Solution

The test data was used across the company for quality control, validating marketing claims, and research and development. As the R&D department was able to use the instrument to help develop even more new products, the demand for time on the TA.XTPlus grew. Realizing how important the instrument was to their success, the company purchased a TA.HDPlus to expand their testing capacity as well as another Plus in a pilot plant.
